Sign up to our email newsletter for regular news and information from the National Centre for Student Equity in Higher Education.
Based at Curtin University since 2013, the NCSEHE provides national leadership in student equity in higher education, connecting research, policy and practice to improve higher education participation and success for marginalised and disadvantaged people.
The NCSEHE plays a central role in producing, collating and disseminating research and recommendations to stakeholders — from policymakers and practitioners, to students and the general public.
The Centre’s diverse activities focus on strengthening Australia’s research quality, capability and capacity to build a robust evidence base; and informing evidence-based policy design and implementation, and institutional best practice.
The growing reputation and influence of the Centre has contributed to student equity becoming firmly incorporated into higher education policy. An emphasis on the student voice and the communication of equity initiatives has contextualised our research and data analysis, and we look forward to continuing this work with your support. Please do contact us on ncsehe@curtin.edu.au if you have a question or require any assistance in student equity in higher education research, policy and practice.
Kind regards,
Professor John Phillimore
Interim Director
National Centre for Student Equity in Higher Education
