The Australian Centre for Student Equity and Success acknowledges Indigenous peoples across Australia as the Traditional Owners of the lands on which the nation’s campuses are situated. With a history spanning more than 60,000 years as the original educators, Indigenous peoples hold a unique place in our nation. We recognise the importance of their knowledge and culture, and reflect the principles of participation, equity, and cultural respect in our work. We pay our respects to Elders past, present, and future, and consider it an honour to learn from our Indigenous colleagues, partners, and friends.

Event information

If you’re not able to attend the Association on Higher Education and Disability (AHEAD) conference in Boston, Massachusetts, you can still participate through AHEAD’s 2019 Virtual Conference.

How it works

  • AHEAD broadcasts the opening plenary session and two concurrent presentations during each time block live, during the conference, complete with video, audio, and real-time captioning.
  • Once you register, you will receive instructions via email for downloading the software and how to log in from your computer to access each session on the days and times shown.
  • After the event, once the session recordings are captioned and posted, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to access all 21 of the posted videos (20 concurrent sessions plus the plenary). The videos will be available for viewing for at least 1 year after the event but likely longer.

More information and registration on the AHEAD website.
